When will my order ship?

All orders ship USPS First Class within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

*Due to high demand during the holiday season, please allow up to 10 business days to process each order.

Domestic orders should arrive 2-5 business days after your items have shipped.
International orders should arrive 6-10 business days after your items have shipped.

A shipping notification email with tracking information is currently only available for domestic orders, & will be sent once your order is ready to ship. Please be sure your shipping information is written out correctly at the time of check out.

If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we are able to accommodate your request.

NOTE: once your package leaves our location, shipping is out of our hands; however, we will do our very best to help along the way. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

What is the difference between a "Business" Day and a "Calendar" Day?

A calendar day is any day of the week, including weekends. Business days only include weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding Postal Holidays.

I just realized that I put the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email for us yet, we are able to update the correct shipping address in our system, prior to your order has been processed. Please contact us immediately to do so.

If you have already received a confirmation email confirmation that your package has been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing we can do on our end. You will need to visit USPS, and reroute the package to the correct address, or to your local USPS facility for pick up.

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address. If the package is returned to us, we will happily resend it out to your corrected address; however, if it is not returned to us, we will not reimburse you for your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct upon check out to avoid any delays.

Does your apparel run small?
Most products are Women's apparel & fit true to size, unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. Please refer to each individual listing when selecting your size. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Is your shipping rate calculated by weight?
No. Our shipping charge is a flat-rate fee. Meaning, is it the same cost whether you purchase 1 item or 100 items.

I don't see my size listed. Why is that?
We may be temporarily out of stock in that particular size. Please contact us to be put on the wait-list.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! Please contact us for a special discount rate for bulk or group discounts.

This item is a gift. Do you include gift tags?
We include complimentary gift tags - just let us know what you would like us to write in the "Notes" section at checkout (if checking our with Paypal), or email us!

Also, we are happy to ship directly to the recipient. Please make sure you list THEIR shipping information in the "Shipping Address" section at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. We do not issue refunds. We currently only accept size exchanges for apparel up to 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us prior to requesting an exchange, so we can ensure that we have your size in stock. If we do not have the correct size in stock, a store credit will given for a 30 day period in order to purchase a new product, or you can wait for the correct size to become available.

My item arrived damaged/broken. What do I do?

Although we do not accept returns, we are happy to replace any broken/damaged apparel or accessories within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us to arrange for a replacement.
